The BBCA Awards ceremony

The BBCA 2024 Awards ceremony will take place on Monday October 7 at 5pm during SIBCA 2024, at the Carrousel du Louvre.

Since 2016, the BBCA label has set the standard for exemplary low-carbon buildings in France. It has been applied at every scale of the city, from the building to the neighborhood, for New Buildings, Renovations, Operations and Neighborhoods.

The LCBI label, initiated by BBCA and a consortium of major players in Europe, was launched in early 2024, and distinguishes low-carbon real estate assets in Europe.

New features of the BBCA and LCBI 2024 Trophies include:

• First prize-winners for Operations, Hotel and Neighborhood
• First winners of the European LCBI buildings
• BBCA Building of the Year winners
• BBCA awards for building owners
