This new 2023 edition will be an opportunity to highlight the challenges of low-carbon neighborhoods and cities, and to share French excellence with our European partners. Under the patronage of French President Emmanuel Macron and sponsored by climatologist Jean Jouzel, SIBCA, the Salon de l'Immobilier Bas Carbone, co-organized by SIBCA Events and the BBCA Association, has established itself since 2022 as a leading event for the decarbonization of the real estate industry.

Organized by the BBCA Association, the Grands Débats will give the floor to industry leaders and personalities through keynotes, debates and presentations of remarkable low-carbon real estate projects. The key issues in low-carbon real estate will be addressed for all asset types, at every stage of their lifecycle (construction, renovation, operation, architecture, materials, neutrality, etc.), as well as the question of financing, and the development of low-carbon real estate policies for companies and regions, or even climate adaptation...

The Conferences will provide a platform for SIBCA exhibitors to share their latest present their exemplary achievements and highlight their low-carbon solutions. The BBCA 2024 Awards ceremony will take place on Monday October 7 at 5pm during SIBCA 2024, at the Carrousel du Louvre.
