Logistics

Today, urban logistics is a strategic lever for low-carbon cities. The rise of e-commerce, the relocation of value chains and regulatory constraints (ZFE, air pollution, congestion) are forcing us to radically rethink the management of flows and the spatial organization of territories.

This transformation calls for new real estate solutions: last-mile urban logistics platforms, integration of logistics functions into mixed-use projects, pooling of space, upgrading of existing sites... These are all ways of limiting transport-related emissions, while optimizing land use and contributing to low-carbon operations.

Throughout the show, Supply Chain Village will be hosting speakers to share their visions, feedback and innovations from public players, developers, promoters, logisticians and users.
