Off-site construction is emerging as a major lever for reducing the carbon footprint of the construction industry. By industrializing part of the process in the factory - design, manufacture, pre-assembly - this construction method reduces waste, optimizes logistics, improves energy efficiency on construction sites and makes it easier to integrate low-carbon materials such as wood or bio-sourced materials.

As part of SIBCA 2025, an Offsite Agora will host a dedicated program, in partnership with Magazine Hors Site and Filière Hors Site, to explore the strategic challenges of this booming sector and showcase French and European know-how in industrialized low-carbon construction.
