In partnership with
Association Filière Hors-Site France and Conseil national de l'Ordre des architectes will announce the finalists for the Prix National de la Construction Hors-Site 2025.
This award is a major distinction for architectural innovation and new construction practices. It rewards exemplary projects using off-site constructive solutions that stand out for their architectural and urban qualities, their environmental performance and the innovation of the processes used. The promotion of local processes and know-how is also a key criterion.
Through this award, the Filière Hors Site France association aims to demonstrate that off-site construction is not just a technique, but a genuine lever of excellence for innovative, sustainable and high-quality projects. The award showcases the work of those involved in the construction industry in a new light, with a contemporary dimension, to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Sobriety of design, bio-sourced and recycled materials (wood, hemp, raw earth), low-carbon concrete, circular economy... Low-carbon building encourages the emergence of new ways of designing and building the city. It invites us to rethink the act of building by fully integrating local resources, reuse logics and the reduction of carbon footprints right from the design phase. In this dynamic, off-site construction is emerging as a strategic lever with great potential.
As part of SIBCA 2025, an Off-Site Agora will host a dedicated program, in partnership with Off-Site Magazine and Filière Hors-Site, to explore the strategic challenges facing this booming sector. Against a backdrop of environmental urgency, economic tensions and rapidly evolving uses, off-site construction is emerging as a credible, high-performance and sustainable alternative to traditional construction.Intelligent industrialization, reduced impact, building reversibility, cost and time control... the opportunities are numerous, but still under-exploited.
This series of conferences is designed to highlight the concrete advantages of off-site construction, and to provide construction professionals - whether clients, designers or builders - with the tools they need through inspiring feedback, measured data, and high-level exchanges between professionals committed to transforming the sector.
