SIBCA to host BBCA 2025 Awards.

On the program: the ^7th edition of the BBCA Trophées and the Palmarès des Maîtres d'ouvrage organized by the Association pour le développement du Bâtiment Bas Carbone (BBCA), which recognize the most committed players in the decarbonization of buildings, real estate and cities.

New for 2025!

^1st BBCA Grands Prix for low-carbon real estate, awarded to the most outstanding low-carbon real estate projects.

The trophies to be awarded in 2025 will be highly selective, and will be designed to elect and highlight low-carbon real estate projects delivered and awarded the BBCA label between 2023 and 2025, recognized for their innovative, high-performance features and sources of inspiration for the entire profession.

4 BBCA Grands Prix will be awarded in the following categories:

1. Commercial buildings delivered (New or Renovated)
2. Delivered multi-family residential buildings (new or renovated)
3. Buildings in operation (Best in class)
4. Development projects - Neighborhood

At the jury's discretion, the BBCA Grands Prix may be supplemented by "Coup de Coeur" awards.

The winners of the BBCA Grand Prix will be chosen by the Jury this summer, and the awards ceremony will take place during SIBCA 2025 and the BBCA Trophies, on September 4 at the Grand Palais - Paris.
