Prestaterre is a Cofrac-accredited certification body that has been certifying the energy, environmental and social performance of b tments throughout France for over 15 years.
Created by an environmental NGO, Prestaterre's ambition is to make b tments with a low ecological footprint and high quality of use more widespread.
Prestaterre Certifications develops its own standards under the BEE - B timent Energie Environnement brand, in association with those of the French government, as well as those of its partners such as BBCA.
