Control Diagnosis and Certification

Prestaterre is a Cofrac-accredited certification body that has been certifying the energy, environmental and social performance of buildings throughout France for over 15 years.
Prestaterre Certifications develops its own standards under the "Bâtiment Energie Environnement" (BEE) brand, in association with those of the French government: Bâtiment biosourcé and E+C-, as well as those of its partners, the Effinergie and BBCA associations.
Prestaterre certifications cover the housing and renovation sector, as well as the commercial sector, through 5 reference systems: "BEE Logement Neuf", "BEE Logement Rénovation", "BEE Tertiaire Neuf", "BEE Tertiaire Rénovation" and "BEE Tertiaire Exploitation".
Its multi-criteria reference systems are recognized by public authorities and eligible for existing subsidies.
From its origins, Prestaterre Certifications has retained a spirit of pragmatism and rigor, as well as a "militant" determination to help mass-market high-performance buildings as part of a necessary ecological and social transition.
