Patriarche is an augmented architecture agency.
Its unique model, integrating all the resources needed to create, realize and operate innovative projects, is based on a renewed practice of architecture that fosters the emergence of solutions that are ever more conscious, responsible and rooted in the long term.
Every day, the agency's ambition is to make a positive contribution to society and collectively (re)create a desirable future. This ambition is embodied in the convictions expressed in every one of our projects, which are to pay particular attention to the challenges facing mankind and the planet, and to provide appropriate solutions. Everywhere, for everyone, Patriarche strives to be a company with impact.
Putting users, their uses and their well-being back at the center of Patriarche's thinking. Thanks to the diversity of its talents and its international dimension, the agency deploys an amplified platform of skills and services to imagine, design and animate spaces that foster commitment and cultivate enthusiasm.

Patriarche tells its story through the eyes and voices of the people who help shape and develop its unique approach to architecture.
The accelerating cycles of societal transformation we've been experiencing over the past few decades have prompted us to redefine our collective capacity to propose, via architecture, a relevant and ambitious response to the challenges we face. With its augmented architecture approach, Patriarche is questioning the economic model of the city and of architecture in general, and giving itself the means to act, to invest in the development of virtuous low-carbon solutions that are sustainable over time.
These convictions are reflected in our projects: hybrid, highly contextualized, designed in a totally circular logic, intensely exploited and with a positive impact on the local area. Our energy performance commitments are based on both an integrated design process and long-term operating capacity. Our presence downstream of the construction chain enables us to act directly on the energy, environmental, social and societal aspects of our projects. Thanks to our programming expertise, we are able to analyze their life cycles with the aim of perpetuating this virtuous logic, supported by innovative financial arrangements.
At SIBCA, Patriarche would particularly like to highlight the following low-carbon solutions and services:
- Expertise in the renovation and conversion of existing buildings, including the use of geosourced materials and off-site construction/prefabrication techniques;
- Real-time energy management of a mixed-use building (offices, services, retail) thanks to the deployment of sensors, the management of information in a BOS (Building Operating System) and their provision in a dedicated application supplied to users. By enabling users to measure their energy and carbon footprint in real time, they are made aware of the impact of their behavior on the building's energy conditions, and become active players in reducing the building's energy and carbon footprint.
- Engineering integrated with architecture, enabling the development of appropriate structural solutions (wood, mixed, etc.) and intelligent, efficient energy systems (including natural ventilation).
- The ability - as a developer and general contractor - to experiment with and implement innovative low-carbon construction processes, including reuse.
At Group level, 50% of projects are currently designed and developed for rehabilitation, with a target of 60% by 2026 and 70% by 2030. By insisting on reducing the carbon and energy footprint of each project, without compromising quality of use, we are committed to a proactive approach to developing a "post-carbon" mode of living. The Patriarche agency has also been certified B Corp in 2023.
