About WO2
Founded in 2014 by Guillaume Poitrinal and Philippe Zivkovic, the WO2 group specializes in very high environmental performance real estate development. To considerably reduce the carbon footprint of its developments, the group develops its own technologies favoring the use of recycled or bio-sourced materials, in particular CLT solid wood, of which it is the French specialist. Working in partnership with leading architects, the Group is constantly innovating in the design of its products, to make them stand out from conventional offerings. In 2023, the group sold its residential subsidiary "Woodeum" to Altarea to refocus on commercial real estate under the "WO2" brand. It is currently developing over 350,000 m2 of office space in the Paris region on behalf of the ICAWOOD investment fund. The group is still owned by its two founders and 2 other managing partners.
