SEAC, a specialist in prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete and pressed concrete floors and walls, has focused on Sustainable Development by creating a wide range of innovative products and developing lightweight floor systems that provide technical, thermal, acoustic and environmental solutions for all types of construction: individual houses, terraced housing, collective housing and commercial buildings.
With the arrival of RE 2020, which involves the construction of low-carbon buildings or those with reduced environmental impact, we are forced to rethink established construction models.
Always with a view to using traditional, proven and economically viable methods for construction companies, we have developed a range of floors that meet these challenges and are certified at the structural, acoustic and fire levels.
Our solutions are suitable for all types of buildings: single-family homes, grouped homes, collective housing and commercial buildings.
The Seacoustic 3 floor treats acoustics, heat, fire-retardancy and minimizes carbon impact for multi-family housing and tertiary buildings: ✔EBS stores CO² ✔Lightweight floors
We will present the Seacoustic 3 and the EBS with the Périgueux project in terms of implementation in order to show that we are particularly invested in the construction of low-carbon and bio-sourced buildings.
We will also present the REVERSO system which allows the construction of buildings with multiple uses, scalable, adaptable and convertible from offices to housing and vice versa, using the same frame. Value of the 23 cm mushroom slab: 62.60 kg CO2 and Floor 15+8 EBS + BN: 27.70 kg CO2 or -56.00%.
