Groupe Thebault, France's leading manufacturer of plywood panels made from Maritime Pine, Poplar and Okoumé, is setting up its first LVL-Lamibois production plant in France. This engineered wood product is a high-performance solution for renovation and low-carbon construction.
Available in beams and panels of very large dimensions, LVL made from Pectiné Fir with the "Bois de France" label will be manufactured in France by Groupe Thebault by 2025.
It is intended for a wide range of applications in both construction (floors, walls, frameworks and timber frames, reinforcement, bracing, off-site construction) and industry (joinery, furniture, highly stressed wood).
