TK Elevator, present in over 100 countries with 50,000 employees, is a world leader in the elevator sector, with sales of 8.9 billion euros in 2022/2023. Independent since 2020, the company stands out for its extensive network and high-quality after-sales service, provided by more than 25,000 technicians.
TK Elevator places the reduction of its carbon footprint at the heart of its strategy, with solutions such as the EOX elevator, made from low-carbon materials and featuring optimized energy management. The company also uses green energy to power its plants, thereby reducing its environmental footprint. These initiatives have earned TKE a number of high-profile awards, including an A ranking on the CDP Climate list and an EcoVadis Gold Medal, recognizing our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.
EOX is equipped with a regenerative drive. Energy is recovered during braking, when the cab descends at full load or rises empty, and fed back into the building's electrical network.
Artificial intelligence, cloud technology and eco-friendly design:
TK Elevator launches EOX, an intelligent elevator using AI and cloud technology, developed with NVIDIA and Microsoft. EOX analyzes data in real time to save energy, redistribute it and anticipate breakdowns. Designed for multi-family and commercial buildings, it integrates advanced technologies such as the NVIDIA Jetson Nano processor, sensors and an electronic board connected to the Azure cloud.
EOX is ecological, lightweight and made from 70% recyclable materials. It consumes 520 kWh/year and can regenerate 43% of its power, reducing its carbon footprint. It offers three operating modes for energy savings of up to 28%.
Managers can monitor energy consumption via a customer portal. Users can call the elevator and personalize the information displayed via a mobile application. EOX anticipates breakdowns thanks to its sensors and AI, facilitating maintenance with a "digital coach".
TK Elevator presents EOX Renew, the latest member of the EOX family of elevators for low and medium-rise residential buildings. While EOX brings high-end digital and sustainable features to standard elevators in new buildings, EOX Renew's ultra-flexible structure brings these benefits to existing and older buildings, making them future-ready and accessible to all residents.
An elevator for every building
Every building is different, which is why EOX Renew has been designed to fit almost any building. It can be easily installed in the stairwell, on the façade or in the courtyard. Thanks to flexible cabin dimensions, compact shaft components, choice of counterweight position, door types and floor door adjustment down to the last millimeter, it can connect residents to the outside world, even in the most complex older b tments.
Transporting more people in the same space
EOX Renew makes optimum use of the existing shaft, giving the b tment the largest possible cabin and enabling higher load capacities, thus improving overall accessibility and passenger travel comfort.
Installation time reduced to a minimum
EOX Renew offers a hassle-free installation that reduces civil engineering work to a minimum, thus reducing any inconvenience for b tment residents and guaranteeing cost transparency and on-time delivery of an operational elevator.
Digitally and environmentally sustainable
With buildings in Europe collectively responsible for up to 40% of total energy consumption, EOX Renew offers a range of ways to reduce this figure. Designed for the digital age, it is designed to adapt as technology evolves via over-the-air software updates, making it digitally sustainable. Enhanced energy efficiency features, such as a regenerative drive, mean it is also capable of recovering energy during operation, and will have a Class A energy efficiency rating. Another special feature of its environmentally-friendly cap is that it is shipped from Italy, where our TK Elevator factory runs on 100% renewable electricity.
