Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca

Two projects illustrate this commitment: an innovative urban logistics platform is emerging in Lezennes. Architect Anne Démians and builder GSE have been chosen to transform this former industrial site into a space integrating urban harmony, bold architecture, meticulous landscaping and environmental concerns.
In Paris, the renovation of the Keller slab integrates architectural and environmental quality, with an emphasis on sustainable materials and planting. The project, entrusted to NUNC architectes, calls for a passive, adaptable and upgradeable building based on an exemplary approach to sustainable real estate, with a bold initial objective: the exclusive use of reused and/or bio-sourced materials for the site's restructuring.
