Solaronics ECS manufactures the PAC Facteur 7®, an innovative domestic hot water (DHW) production system that combines heat recovery from grey water (water from showers, washing machines, dishwashers, sinks, washbasins) and a high-efficiency heat pump (PAC).
The Facteur 7® heat pump is the ideal solution for both new-build and refurbishment projects involving collective buildings and equipment.
- Eole Evangile
Delivered in the summer of 2022 in northern Paris for Linkcity, Eole Evangile is Paris' first zerocarbon district in operation. The Facteur 7 heat pump equips 276 housing units and 223 student rooms.
Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
We delivered Eole Evangile in the summer of 2022: Paris' first "Zero Carbon" district in operation.
This summer, we launched the conversion of the former Mines Telecom Paris building into 96 housing units. The project has been awarded the BBCA label.
We also handed over ABC la Montagne in Grenoble, a demonstration building for energy autonomy. The project has E4C2 certification.
Achievements
- Guillot Bourdeix Tower
The Facteur 7 heat pump will equip 60 housing units in the future Guillot Bourdeix tower in Lyon, on behalf of Redman and Icade. The project will be BBCA-certified, and aims to meet the Re2020 carbon threshold of 2031.
- ABC-La-Montagne-MD
Delivered in 2020, ABC La Montagne's 62 homes have a zero energy footprint and are up to 70% self-sufficient in energy and water! The project was certified E4C2.
- Rue Dareau - Ecole Mines Telecom MD
In the south of Paris, Gecina is transforming the offices of the former Mines Telecom school into 96 housing units. The project will be certified BBC Effinergie Rénovation and BBCA.
