Our employees, driven by a sense of public interest, design and build tailor-made projects in close collaboration with local councillors, from the inner suburbs to the central areas of rural Ile-de-France, on projects of every size and complexity.
Résidence Emblême co-developed with Care Promotion and Grand Paris Aménagement
1. Résidence EMBLÈME - First development in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, co-promoted with Care Promotion
Emblème - The residence has been designed to respect the historic layout of the Château de Versailles park, opposite the École Militaire, under the aegis of the Architecte des Bâtiments de France.
Particular attention has been paid to Hobo's architecture and choice of materials, with the deliberate decision to use 22% off-site components in the construction process, demonstrating that industrialized construction and architectural excellence can go hand in hand.
Emblème has been awarded several labels, including BEE - Biosourcé level 2, the Santé + Care Promotion label, and has achieved the RE2020 vintage 2025 regulations, illustrating a shared commitment to building differently, combining innovation, respect for the site and shared ambition.
Emblème is part of an eco-district developed on former military wasteland, where 1,960 housing units, 4.5 hectares of economic activities, shops, public facilities and 10% of green spaces will eventually coexist. An ambitious, structuring and sustainable urban project.
2. La Halle - Taverny
The new market hall, better adapted to the area's uses and needs, is designed to promote exchanges, economic development and a better way of life together.
Initially 88% occupied by a layer of surface parking lots, the Place Charles de Gaulle has been completely redesigned to make room for pedestrians, cyclists and greenery. The materials chosen are robust in composition and light in color, offering a high albedo to limit urban heat islands. Watering of green spaces and planting is ensured by rainwater recovery.
3. Waste recycling and circular economy initiative at Ivry sur Seine
Located in the center of Ivry-sur-Seine, close to Paris, the Gagarine-Truillot project aims to reconnect the district with public transport, develop mixed-use development and improve the living environment. With 40% public spaces, soft traffic routes, 1,350 trees planted and a focus on urban agriculture, it creates a greener, more accessible environment. New public facilities will be built, including a school complex, a crèche and a city stadium.
A circular economy approach will accompany the transformation of the district throughout, as was already the case during the deconstruction of the Cité Gagarine, which was carried out using an innovative and ambitious system of large-scale reuse and recycling of materials.
- 3,000 tonnes of recycled materials, i.e. 3 times the weight of the Eiffel Tower
- 17,000 km of lorry traffic avoided, i.e. 1,600 tonnes of CO2 not emitted
