BIOSTRUCTURE est une entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans la construction hors site de systèmes constructifs biosourcés pour la construction ou la rénovation de bâtiments.
Elle est lauréate de l’Appel à Projets CRHOS porté par l’ADEME dans le cadre du plan France 2030.
La première unité de production sera installée sur l’Éco-Parc de Châtel-Guyon (63140) et ouvrira ses portes fin 2026. L’unité produira et commercialisera des panneaux à hautes performances, sur-mesure, combinant une ossature bois et des bétons biosourcés à base de chanvre ou d'autres granulats végétaux, avec différentes suggestions de finitions, pour un marché de proximité (<220 km).
BIOSTRUCTURE apporte une réponse globale aux enjeux de transformation de la filière bâtiment avec des solutions biosourcées, robustes, bas-carbone et zéro déchets, à longue durée de vie (ACV 100 ans), permettant de séquestrer des quantités importantes de CO2.

Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
BIOSTRUCTURE offers bio-based industrial solutions for building construction and renovation.
The project is based on 3 pillars:
- off-site construction of panels for walls, facades, roofs, etc.
- the massive introduction of bio-sourced materials: wood framing + bio-sourced concrete (hemp, miscanthus, etc.) and other bio-sourced components such as anti-cracking grids for plaster made from jute fiber.
- a territorial approach, from the development of agricultural resources to the construction of new or renovated buildings.
Biostructure is a winner of the AAP CRHOS de France 2030, sponsored by Ademe, the French Environment and Energy Management Agency.
We have begun a certification process for the emission of carbon credits: our wall solution sequesters 5 tonnes of CO2 every 100 m2 and avoids 12 tonnes of CO2 compared with reference solutions. With 43 kg of biobased material per m2, it easily achieves the highest level of the biobased building label.
Our solution will benefit from the "Origine France Garanti" label and traceability of the origin of its components.
