Promotelec Services' mission: To certify efficient, low-carbon, appropriate and electrically safe buildings throughout France, to the satisfaction of all. We offer building professionals (public and private project owners, prime contractors, design and engineering firms) and local authorities certification solutions for new and renovation housing, enabling them to attest to the quality and performance of their projects.

Customized, adaptable, accessible, advantageous and comprehensive certification offers:
- New Buildings, with the Habitat Neuf RE2020 certification, which anticipates tomorrow's challenges and regulations; Issuance of the E+C- state label and the Bâtiment Bas Carbone Neuf label from the BBCA association, which recognizes exemplary steps taken to reduce the carbon impact of buildings.
- Renovation, with Rénovation Responsable certification, which recognizes commitment to decarbonizing operating energy consumption.
- Tertiary: Promotelec Services delivers BREEAM New Construction certification for new tertiary buildings.
With over 3.6 million homes certified by our teams across France since 1971, Promotelec Services is a forerunner and driving force in the building certification market. In fact, we are part of the consultations for the creation of state labels and the definition of thermal and environmental regulations (E+C-, RE2020). In 2017, for the first time in renovation, greenhouse gas emissions were included in the operating phase of our Rénovation Responsable certification standards.

Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
Promotelec Services awards the Bâtiment Bas Carbone Neuf label from the BBCA association, which recognizes exemplary initiatives to reduce the carbon impact of buildings. The BBCA label aims to raise awareness of the challenges posed by buildings' carbon footprints; to promote all initiatives that contribute to the development of low-carbon buildings through a life-cycle analysis approach; and to capitalize on best practices and the means implemented to reduce CO2 emissions. Enhance the value of your efforts in low-carbon design and operation, by going beyond regulatory requirements. The label is accompanied by a unique score giving a clear and precise indication of the level achieved by the project. Three score levels are available: BBCA Standard, BBCA Performance and BBCA Excellence.
