Promotelec Services supports building professionals - public and private project owners, project managers, design and engineering firms - in their requests for construction and renovation certifications, by offering them a range of certifications and labels enabling them to attest to the quality and performance of their projects. Our mission is to certify high-performance, energy-efficient, low-carbon buildings throughout France, to the satisfaction of everyone.

Customized, adaptable, accessible, advantageous and comprehensive certification offers in :
- New housing, with the RE2020 Habitat Neuf certification, which anticipates tomorrow's challenges and regulations, and the award of the E+C- state label and the B timent Bas Carbone Neuf label from the BBCA association, which recognizes the exemplary steps taken to reduce the carbon impact of b timents;
- Renovation, with Rénovation Responsable certification, which recognizes commitment to decarbonizing operating energy consumption.

With over 3.6 million homes certified by our teams across France since 1971, Promotelec Services is a forerunner and driving force in the building certification/labeling market.
We are part of the consultations for the creation of state labels and the definition of thermal and environmental regulations (E+C-, RE2020). In 2017, for the first time in renovation, greenhouse gas emissions were included in the operating phase of our Rénovation Responsable certification framework.
