Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
- Tour Silva in Bordeaux, one of Europe's tallest wood towers: NF Habitat HQE9, Label E+C level E3C2, 30% less carbon emissions during construction.
- Magasins Généraux in Reims: the rebirth of an industrial wasteland into a forward-looking eco-district. Installation of a groundwater geothermal network, the only one of its kind in France. By redistributing heat and cooling throughout the homes, this innovative process uses 65% renewable energy and avoids the emission of 820 tonnes of CO2 per year.
- Silver Island at Paris La Défense: the building's design is innovative and sustainable, thanks to heat pumps that have been integrated directly into the façade to optimize interior space and reduce energy consumption over the long term.
