To combat the urban heat island phenomenon and green the city, PariSeine is developing Oasis courtyards on behalf of the City of Paris.
Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
In 2024, PariSeine confirms its commitment to
the general interest and the ecological transition:
100% of projects reduce heat islands, integrate
reuse and promote soft mobility.
With around forty projects, 30,000m² planted,
1000 trees planted, and -10% of greenhouse gas emissions
greenhouse, the impact is concrete. Supported by 49 employees
committed, PariSeine combines economic performance, values
human and environmental ambition.

- Porte Maillot forecourt, planted
Place Maillot is calmed, greened and reorganized. PariSeine completed the first part of the project in 2024.
- Public promotion project on rue Bardinet
On Rue Bardinet in the 14th arrondissement, PariSeine is carrying out a public development project to create low-cost housing and home-ownership, through a gentle densification of the city.
