Continental Foncier has been revisiting real estate development since 2008, inviting local communities to renew the links between man and nature.
Since its creation, Continental Foncier has been applying the fundamental themes of its circular economy approach to reduce carbon footprints and improve frugality on a building scale. Continental Foncier is focusing its efforts on reducing EGES through a unique low-carbon engineering process based on design, digitization, industrialization, rationalization and use.
As part of the Pacte Bois-Biosourcés supported by FIBois Île-de- France, level OR, it aims to reconcile urban density and adaptation to climate change.
Continental Foncier has already achieved the highest levels of environmental performance through standard certifications: NF Habitat HQE, BBCA, RE2020 (level 2025 as standard), level III biosourced building. These themes resonate not only with the site's natural heritage, but also with transitional urban planning, which is a veritable laboratory for the evolution of a part of nature in the city. Continental Foncier is also committed to forest resources, and is PEFC-certified.
The low-carbon approach is at the heart of the project, with off-site bio-sourced construction using bio-sourced materials. Delivery September 2025.
Founded in 2008, Continental Foncier is a company dedicated to building sustainable, affordable housing. As early as 2010, the developer had its first low-carbon housing units on the ground, offering controlled costs, improved environmental quality and reduced construction times. Continental Foncier brings together all the players involved in its work (elected representatives, city departments, design offices, architects and construction companies) and gives priority to the use of wood materials.
