Since 2019, Ilex Environnement has been supporting businesses and their partners to make the energy transition a profitable and sustainable reality. Ilex Environnement supports low-carbon real estate players in finding financing for their projects.
We have already supported establishments such as hospitals, hotels and offices in the energy optimization of their buildings, by activating appropriate financing mechanisms:
- Energy Savings Certificates (CEE), a financial lever for reducing the carbon footprint of the real estate sector, this aid makes it possible to finance all operations aimed at optimizing the energy efficiency of buildings: insulation, optimization of heating and ventilation systems.
- Public subsidies, such as the ADEME Heat Fund or European funds, which support initiatives aligned with the ecological transition.
- The Low Carbon Label, which promotes real estate projects committed to reducing CO₂ emissions. In the construction sector, this concerns the use of bio-sourced materials (wood, hemp, straw, raw earth, etc.) with low environmental impact, and construction methods that limit greenhouse gas emissions.
In 2024, Ilex Environnement was awarded a prize by ADEME as part of the "Dis-ADEME?" Data AI Challenge. Our solution, based on artificial intelligence, allows project leaders to describe their needs to a conversational agent that identifies and proposes appropriate financial aid. An innovative tool to simplify access to financing and accelerate the ecological transition.
