Here are two low-carbon projects we worked on with our partner EIFFAGE SAVARE, POSI manufacturer.
1) Joséphine Baker School Group
Architect: BADIA BERGER
Project owner: City of Fleury-Merogis
Certification: PASSIVHAUSS / Passive Level and E3C2 / Biosourced Label level 3
Surface area 3000 m² of POSI® beam roof boxes / 1060 m² of timber frame walls
The Joséphine Baker School Group project involves the creation of a new primary school intended to accommodate 17 classes for a total of 400 students.
This operation is based on a commitment to ecology with the installation of green courtyards, the use of natural materials such as wood and the installation of photovoltaic panels, with the aim of achieving a positive carbon footprint.
For this project, EIFFAGE Savare is responsible for supplying 1,060 m² of timber-framed walls and 3,000 m² of prefabricated roof boxes made from POSI® beams.
2) The Arcades
Architect: Atelier WOA and Vincent Lavergne
Project management: CDC Habitat ADOMA
Certification: E3C1 Label - Biosourced Label Level 2 - NF Habitat BEPOS Effinergie 2017
Surface area: 5800m² of floor space - 4650m² of floor space
The "Les Arcades" social housing project is a project designed by WOA studio and architect Vincent Lavergne in Salon de Provence (13). This demolition/reconstruction project consists of three collective housing buildings.
SAVARE participated in the structural work on the timber structure of this social housing complex with 219 collective housing units. In addition, each unit is equipped with a custom-designed bathroom manufactured by our HVA Concept® partners. The custom-designed solutions implemented significantly reduce construction time in occupied spaces.
This project was delivered in 3 phases, the last phase of which was delivered at the end of 2022.
All the housing units in this social housing development are built in a more sustainable manner and are certified to the E+C- level E3C1 label. They also benefit from the level 2 biosourced label and the NF Habitat BEPOS Effinergie 2017.
