The "Les Arcades" social residence is a project designed by Atelier WOA and architect Vincent Lavergne in Salon de Provence (13). This demolition/reconstruction project comprises three apartment buildings.
SAVARE was involved in the structural woodwork for this 219-unit social housing complex. What's more, all the units feature industrialized bathrooms manufactured by our HVA Concept® collaborators. These industrialized solutions significantly reduce construction time in an occupied environment.
The project was delivered in 3 phases, with the final phase handed over at the end of 2022.
All the homes in this social residence are built in a more sustainable way, and are E+C- level E3C1 certified. They also benefit from the level 2 biosourced label and NF Habitat BEPOS Effinergie 2017.
