A low-carbon project is the Black Clichy building, which aims to be one of the largest low-carbon buildings in France. The aim of this low-carbon project is to create a green urban campus for AXA IM Alts and Redman. It has been designed to create relationships between spaces, places and people. Black aims to achieve a number of labels and certifications, including HQE Neuf niveau Exceptionnel, BREEAM Excellent, BBCA, E+/C- niveau E1/C1, B timent Biosourcé, BiodiverCity, Osmoz, R2S and Wiredscore.
We are actively working on the development of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Environmental and Health Data Sheets (EHSDSs) for all our products.
In addition, we are in the process of drawing up the Grad brand's carbon footprint for the year 2022.
We are also involved in a project to support deforestation. We recognize the importance of forests in the fight against climate change and are committed to helping preserve them. Our project aims to support reforestation, forest conservation and sustainable forest resource management initiatives, with a view to offsetting our carbon footprint and promoting biodiversity.
Achievements
- Quai des Milliardaires, Antibes
This project represents an expansion of a marina on the Côte d'Azur. The Grad® system was used to install decking, handrails, stairs and benches.
- Restaurant X Locals
Heat-strengthened wood was used as the facade material, leaving a gap between the cladding and the glass, which not only looks good, but is also easy to maintain and dismantle.
- Maidla Resort Nature
Ash adds a warm, natural color to this triangular building, which boasts several terraces on different levels and seems to rise like a tree in the heart of the forest.
- Open Park Villa
The villa's five volumes offer architectural diversity. A minimalist finish and bamboo facades create an aesthetic worthy of contemporary sculpture.
