This digital platform enables b timent projects to be carried out on the basis of pre-designed, interoperable modules, manufactured by a network of industrial partners.
The company aligns all players in the value chain around modular construction, right from the outset of the project, Zen Modular moves the construction sector from a project approach to a product approach. The team is made up of digital entrepreneurs from industry and construction, and includes industry experts for each vertical addressed (managed residences, healthcare establishments, hotels, etc.).

With the aim of transforming the b tiling industry through an Object-Oriented Construction approach and democratizing modular construction, Zen Modular offers rooms for managed residences, healthcare establishments and hotels.
They enable owners and architects to build b tments from pre-designed modules, manufactured by a network of certified manufacturers spread across France in short loops. Designed as genuine "products", manufactured in the factory to a very high standard of finish and directly integrating all the components (bathroom, electrical and plumbing systems, fittings, etc.) that make up the room, the rooms are fully guaranteed on delivery to the building site.
Among the various products that Zen Modular intends to develop, the J-Room concept is aimed at developers of student residences. In concrete terms, the J-Room makes it possible to build high-quality housing up to twice as fast, in a "Smart Buildings" approach, offering a better user experience and easier operation for the manager. It speeds up and secures student residence real estate operations, while considerably reducing their carbon footprint.
