Faradae finances your clean energy with photovoltaic installations and associated equipment (batteries, internal networks, BMS tools, IRVE), maximizing the energy autonomy of self-consumption buildings.
Backed by solid legal engineering and its own funds, Faradae operates throughout France on a wide variety of commercial and industrial properties (whether leased, owned, developed or in the public sector). It secures the commitments of both owners and occupiers. Faradae also guarantees the maintenance and operation of the plants for 25 years, after which they are transferred to the owners free of charge.
The solutions offered also meet regulatory requirements, in particular :
the APER law on solarization of parking lots and roofs,
the Tertiary Sector Decree on reducing energy consumption,
the BACS decree on building energy management and control,
and the LOM law on the installation of electric charging stations.

Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
We have equipped several Odyneo association sites with photovoltaic installations, both on roofs and in shaded areas, combined with IRVE recharging stations and storage batteries to move towards energy autonomy.
We helped them meet their regulatory obligations, without any investment on their part, while sustainably reducing their electricity bills.
As a third-party operator, Faradae takes charge of the design, construction and maintenance of the photovoltaic power plant we propose to install on your building or parking lot.
In Amiens, France, Faradae is equipping a residential complex currently under development: L'Archipel, a project supported by Vinci Immobilier, where residents will self-consume solar energy in common areas.
This project was awarded the VINCI Hauts-de-France Environment Prize, and the energy autonomy offered by our photovoltaic system was a major factor in this recognition.
