The Canada power plant is a Seine water power plant. Built in 2002, it has an installed capacity of 52 MW.

Fraîcheur de Paris supports the City in achieving sustainable and environmentally friendly cooling, part of a shared approach to decarbonization and adaptation to climate change. Fraîcheur de Paris meets the cooling needs of the capital's hotels, department stores, offices, and museums. It succeeds CLIMESPACE, an ENGIE subsidiary and concessionaire since 1991. It is jointly owned by ENGIE (85%) and RATP Group (15%).
