Fraîcheur de Paris supports the City in achieving sustainable and environmentally friendly cooling, part of a shared approach to decarbonization and adaptation to climate change. Fraîcheur de Paris meets the cooling needs of the capital's hotels, department stores, offices, and museums. It succeeds CLIMESPACE, an ENGIE subsidiary and concessionaire since 1991. It is jointly owned by ENGIE (85%) and RATP Group (15%).

- La Centrale La Chapelle
The La Chapelle plant is characterized by its use of geothermal energy, the domestic hot water loop of the building that houses it, and solar panels installed on the roof.
