AUBOIS is an industrial company specializing in the prefabrication of biobased, off-site building components.
We develop building solutions with a very low carbon footprint, based on wood, straw and hemp concrete.
We operate from two production sites located in Troyes (10) and Tonnerre (89), in the heart of farming and forestry areas. This location enables us to make the most of local resources while controlling quality and lead times.
Our solutions are aimed primarily at housing and sustainable development players in the Aube and Paris regions: developers, social landlords, local authorities and architects involved in exemplary ecological transition projects.

AUBOIS, Troyes in the Aube region of France
AUBOIS is an industrial company specializing in off-site manufacturing with a very low carbon footprint. We are developing and structuring a local prefabrication chain for biosourced components (wood, straw, hemp) in a short circuit, intended for players in the low-carbon and geosourced real estate sector in the Paris region.
We have two factories 150km from Paris, dedicated to the prefabrication of insulating wood-frame walls with straw infill, incorporating earth, plaster or lime plasters in the workshop.
We offer a geosourced, high-performance, ecological and competitive construction solution that complies with RE2028-2031 requirements.
