At Bouygues Immobilier, a multi-product generalist developer and benchmark player, we have been present throughout France for almost 70 years. We design living spaces and operate on several scales: residence, office, neighborhood and city. We listen to our customers and work with them to design spaces that are a pleasure to live in.
Committed to limiting our negative impact on the environment and maximizing our positive impact, our goal is to design 25% of our projects with positive biodiversity by 2025.
Our carbon trajectory, one of the most ambitious in our sector, has been recognized by the SBTi. In the short term, it calls for a 42% reduction in our greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 for scopes 1 and 2 activities, and a 28% reduction by 2030 for scope 3 activities. In the long term, we are aiming for a 90% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from all 3 scopes by 2050. In 2024, we will have 1,460 employees and sales of 1.738 billion euros. Demanding in terms of quality and concerned about our employees' well-being in the workplace, we are the first developer in France to be ISO 9001 certified.
