Tétris has created a true flagship, mirroring the brand and its know-how. The new headquarters showcases sustainability, with evolving spaces that promote eco-design and re-use.
Drawing on a triple combination of market, technical and environmental expertise, our experts support their customers throughout their real estate projects, from the definition of a sustainable development strategy to its operational implementation, right through to the operational phase.
implementation, right through to the operational phase.
We are involved in all these areas for all asset classes, throughout the entire real estate life cycle, to build more sustainable spaces.
Our expertise in low-carbon real estate covers transactions, acquisitions, appraisals, construction, engineering, project management, fit-out, design and works.
For example, on the basis of 13 recent or current projects managed by our project management team, for a total of 221,662 m² SDP under management (project types ranging from light renovation to heavy restructuring), we estimate :
- an average 52% reduction in primary energy consumption per project (without weighting surface area by project);
- an average operational carbon saving after work of 8.5 kgCO2eq/m²/year per project (without weighting surface area according to projects), i.e. an average operational carbon saving of around 51%.
Tétris, our Design & Build subsidiary, has recently launched 2 initiatives to limit the carbon impact of its projects:
- Tétris Re-Use, recently awarded a bronze medal at the Worknight 2025 Awards in the Sustainable & Responsible Workplace category, aims to improve the carbon impact of your fit-out, relocation or renovation project through the creation of a market place to: reference equipment and materials inventoried on different projects, guarantee their traceability, maximize their re-use throughout France.
- Tétris Sustainability Code, Silver Winner of the Nuit de la RSE 2024, This innovative and unique tool aims to measure and improve the CSR impact of space development projects. The Sustainability Code is based on 11 key pillars: materials, furniture, air, light, water, comfort, nature, waste management, site installation, supply chain and innovation. It makes it possible to assess the sustainable practices implemented at each stage of a development project, and to set ambitious improvement targets by generating a project performance ScoreCard.
