Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
We build, finance and operate heating and cooling systems based on renewable, low-carbon resources:
- Biomass: boilers fuelled by pellets, forestry chips or miscanthus, 100% from French sources, ensuring sustainable forest management and traceability of supplies.
- Geothermal energy: capture of free energy from the subsoil using vertical probes or groundwater drilling, combined with geothermal heat pumps, for stable, low-carbon heat and cooling production.
- Solar thermal: low-tech technology to cover domestic hot water needs using solar collectors.
- Waste heat: recovery of thermal energy from grey water or data centers for injection into the heating network.
- Aerothermal heat pumps: use calories from outside air to heat the heating and domestic hot water network.

We are building a heating network for the Gally eco-district in Versailles (50,000 m², housing, hotel, school complex), combining 2 renewable energies: groundwater geothermal energy and biomass.
- Biomass heating network for the Grand Canal district in Clamart
We supply heat to the residents of the Grand Canal district in Clamart (85,000 m², housing, hotel, school), thanks to a network powered mainly by biomass boilers.
