The Ardoines logistics hotel (Vitry-sur-Seine, 94) is the most accomplished example, with its 35,000 sq. m. of parcel delivery space, commercial signs for craftsmen, and 8,000 sq. m. of productive green roofing.

The "Les Amarres" project transforms two pavilions in the port of Austerlitz into a 6,000 m² river and urban logistics hotel, combining eco-design, mixed uses and heritage enhancement.
