Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
The REDMAN Group operates through three business lines: real estate development (the Group's historic core business) for the tertiary, residential and hospitality sectors, investor-operator in the hotel sector, and land investor for local areas via its real estate company Essentiel. Present throughout France, with offices in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Montpellier and Toulouse, REDMAN employs almost 70 people in property development and over 170 throughout the Group. For the past 7 years, REDMAN has also been active in Africa, in Dakar, where the Group is developing bioclimatic and biosourced buildings.

- Tour Ariane - La Défense
Refurbishment of the Ariane Tower (La Défense): new glass facade, 30% less energy consumption, 93% of materials recycled, site occupied, BREEAM Very Good label.
- Apollo building - Paris
Renovation of the Apollo building (Paris 13th), 17,500 sq.m of floor space, 950 sq.m of outdoor space, with BiodiverCity certification, energy performance and reuse strategy to meet the climate challenge.
