A committed player in the real estate sector since 2007, the Redman Group is a company with a mission, whose raison d'être, as set out in its articles of association, is the development of low-carbon, inclusive cities. A real estate developer for its own account and that of third parties, in the tertiary, hotel and housing sectors; The Redman Group is also a Hotel Operator with Redman Hospitality and an activation real estate company for territories with Essentiel. It operates throughout France, with offices in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Montpellier and Toulouse, and for the past 7 years has been active in Africa, in Dakar, where the local agency is developing bioclimatic and bio-sourced buildings.

Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
To broaden the scope of its sustainable development commitments, the Group decided to create REDLab, its "disruptive" innovation center, whose mission is to centralize research on various themes (low-energy land use, biodiversity, water management, materials, reuse, etc.) and guarantee the ecological rigor and consistency of its production. The REDLab is a veritable resource for the Group's employees, acting as a compass and contributing on a daily basis to the continuous improvement of our operations.
In January 2023, Redman changed dimension by completing the first fundraising in its history and opening up its capital to OMNES. This operation enabled the group to set up a development fund dedicated to the portage of assets to be rehabilitated. With this in mind, ALTEV, a specialist in the rehabilitation and conversion of assets in dense urban environments, joins the other Redman Group subsidiaries, combining their expertise to meet the urgent need for massive renovation of France's building stock.

- Campus Omnes Education - Marseille (13)
A 6,500 m2 campus, the first demonstrator in the "Building with Earth" program (Saint-Gobain and Euromed), which aims to develop and industrialize the use of excavated earth.
- Intens'IT - ZAC Eureka Castelnau-le-Lez (34)
A mixed-use project (5,300 m² offices, 121 housing units, business activities) designed around nature, which becomes a source of nourishment. The heart of the block is open during the day, creating a new common good for the neighborhood.
- Les Eclaireuses - Pantin (93)
Redman is proposing a mixed-use program, with a total of 2,600m2 of housing, artist and craftsman residences and shops. The group will invest in part of the project through its Essentiel_ real estate company.
- Blaaack - Clichy (92)
Located at the heart of an area undergoing major change, this environmentally-friendly urban campus will be part of a mixed-use approach including a number of tertiary, cultural, retail and service programs.
- 206 Lafayette - Paris (10)
This low-carbon project includes new wooden constructions, major restructuring of heritage buildings, social housing, offices, shops and the creation of a rooftop.
- Pyramide Agroparc - Avignon (84)
3,507 m² new/rehabilitated office program located at the entrance to Avignon's Agroparc business park.
- Porte Lamanon - Salon de Provence (13)
Renovation and new construction of 25 housing units. The buildings are laid out in a central area to allow for the creation of gardens, and 100% of the units have outdoor spaces.
- Villa Iéna - Paris 16 (75)
Complex refurbishment of a 2,700m² office building that embodies the perfect symbiosis between heritage enhancement, contemporary expression and respect for the environment.
