Work on the Bischwiller heating network
Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
Sauter has equipped the heating network of the Centre Hospitalier Départemental de la ville de Bischwiller (CHDB) in Alsace with its solutions and products to optimize production, save energy and reduce consumption.
The heating network installation includes a biomass boiler room, an interconnection with the hospital's boiler room, and 69 substations. Sauter installs RDT 600 controllers to control the valves. A Modbus RTU / Modbus TCP converter is installed in each substation. The biomass heating plant, the hospital interconnection and the 69 substations are supervised by Sauter Vision Center software, which analyzes the quality of valve regulation in real time and provides highly visual statistical tools. A module completes the information and provides energy monitoring.
The Shift Guynemer tower, a 46,000 m2 office complex equipped by Sauter. It straddles the municipalities of Paris and Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The 1990's building has recently been refurbished and modernized to meet the needs of today's more collaborative ways of working, with an emphasis on employee well-being.
To keep pace with the latest developments in the tertiary sector, flexibility and user-friendliness have been introduced into the workspaces. Equipment from Sauter Régulation played a key role in the modernization and technical management of the building.
