Founded in 1987 by Antoine Delaire and Véronique Mauer, DGM & associés has acquired extensive experience over the past 30 years in urban development and new construction, as well as in major restructuring, while participating in the ecological transformation of society. A place for reflection and constant research into innovation, the agency cultivates a freedom of design that respects environmental and bioclimatic imperatives.
DGM's expertise covers a wide range of projects: offices, housing, public facilities, hotels, managed residences, retail, high-rise buildings and major projects. With a staff of 80, DGM & Associés operates mainly in Paris and the Paris region, and more recently in Bordeaux and Nice, giving its teams a greater presence on site, with local decision-makers, partners and service providers, and with all those who contribute to the success and harmony of a project.
DGM & Associés is also a major player in low-carbon construction. A BBCA member since the label's inception, DGM is committed to setting an example in all these areas. Over the past few years, the agency has set up a specific cross-functional unit dedicated to environmental issues and the integration of bio-sourced materials into its projects.
Our approach to project design is to meet the needs of users while respecting the coherence of urban planning on the scale of a block, district, town or conurbation. DGM & Associés has the knowledge and awareness required to integrate a b ti into the environment. Considering the integration of a project on a wider scale, we wish to participate in the sustainable development of tomorrow's city and urban environment, while responding to today's ways of living and working, and anticipating their future evolution.
Transformation of an office building into a 272-unit student residence with reuse of 95% of existing materials - Delivery 2023 - Certification: NF Habitat -10%.
With an emphasis on the circular economy, DGM & Associés have signed the metamorphosis of the former Airbus headquarters alongside Vilogia and Bouygues B timent Ile-de-France. This transformation of an emblematic building in western Paris into a 270-unit student residence adjacent to the SKEMA Business School offers a subtle balance between reuse of the building and modernization of the facilities. In addition to housing, the project will create co-working spaces, communal lounges, a gym and a roof terrace. A new wing will be built to accommodate local shops. Underground parking spaces will facilitate student parking.
