Efficacity was created in 2014 on the initiative of the Secrétariat Général pour l'Investissement (SGPI) and is placed under an interministerial umbrella comprising the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the Ministry of Research and the Ministry of Finance.
Efficacity is a unique partnership R&D center in France, bringing together some thirty public and private players.
The institute brings together researchers and experts from all horizons, working together to develop and implement innovative solutions to build the city of tomorrow: an energy-efficient, massively low-carbon city.

This conference will present feedback on several tools and methods developed by Efficacity to accelerate the decarbonization of urban development and renovation projects.
Project, solution, service and innovation for Sibca
This conference will present feedback from a number of tools and methods recently developed by Efficacity with the support of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition and ADEME, and aimed at accelerating the decarbonization of urban development and renovation projects, optimizing the renovation of municipal public assets, boosting the penetration of renewable and recovered energies in the urban environment, and improving the preparation and management of EPCI climate plans.
Practical examples will be illustrated by a diverse panel of public and private players: a local authority (Noisy-le-Grand), a national federation (FNCCR), a developer (Eiffage Aménagement) and an engineering firm (Suez Consulting).
