Thanks to its international team of engineers and designers, Tétris is able to respond to its customers' needs from start to finish: from design to construction, from furniture selection to move management. As a company committed to sustainable development, Tétris constantly strives to improve with its customer community in order to limit its environmental impact and generate a positive social impact.
Since its creation in 2003, the company has established a presence in 15 countries on four continents, with a team of over 850 people in 31 offices.
Tétris is building Tisserin's head office with the aim of including reuse in new buildings. The project as a whole is estimated to save around 76 tonnes of CO2.
Tétris is a subsidiary of JLL, whose mission is to shape the future of real estate for a better world. This principle is deeply rooted in our identity and history, and guides our sustainable development policy, which has been recognized by the EcoVadis organization, which awarded us the Platinium distinction.
Tétris has developed a unique tool: the Tétris Sustainability Code. It optimizes the definition and control of a customer's CSR objectives at every stage of the design and implementation of its development project. The aim is to improve a project's impact across eleven key dimensions: innovation, materials, furniture, air, light, water, comfort and nature, as well as waste management, supply chains and site installation. Since its launch, over 200 projects have been registered worldwide, for more than 85 customers, according to 24 sustainable design principles and 30 sustainable construction criteria.
Among our recent achievements, the Tisserin project (Gold Winner in the Development Projects category of the Worknight 2024 Trophies), saved an estimated 76 tonnes of CO2 thanks, for example, to the selection of innovative materials.
In 2024, Tétris is going one step further with Tétris Re-Use, a unique offer based on the circular economy. Thanks to its reuse community, Tétris can support its customers with advice, inventories and diagnoses; from design using reused equipment to preserving removal. By creating its own market place, Tétris aims to raise its customers' awareness of the circular economy and facilitate the integration of reuse into all its projects.
To date, a dozen projects have already integrated the Tétris Re-Use offer. The most recent, for a telephone operator, was based on a diagnosis, and Tétris proposed a layout with a 97% re-usability rate.
The Tétris Sustainability Code, like the Tétris Re-Use offer, is part of a virtuous global approach that positions Tétris as a true partner of choice in favor of sustainable real estate for better thinking, better working and better living.
