T he commitments of ecological planning are strong and will involve a significant reduction in the use of fossil fuels by 2030. Other measures concern various sectors, with the aim of reducing emissions by 55% by 2030, compared with 1990 levels. The tertiary sector decree and the 2020 environmental regulations (RE2020) for new buildings are also moving in this direction, with the aim of making buildings more energy-efficient and using renewable and low-carbon energies. At the heart of all these challenges lies the Energy Performance Contract (EPC). This 360° approach combines the use of renewable energies, renovation work, regular maintenance of installations, intelligent control and many other services. and many other tailor-made services to help you consume less and consume better. It's the solution for improving the energy performance of buildings and saving energy. The figures speak for themselves, with reductions in energy consumption of over -40% and contractually guaranteed results. And to prepare for the goal of "carbon neutrality" by 2050, we need to go even further by committing to reducing the carbon impact of all our activities. This is what Dalkia is proposing through its new Carbon Performance Contract (CPC). This guide will help you understand what's at stake, what steps you need to take, and existing solutions to benefit from a CPC with a strong impact on your energy consumption on your energy consumption and reduce your carbon footprint. with CPC, in the service of the climate.
