Isolblocs Costantini Eco Batiments distributes in France, Germany, Spain and Portugal construction elements from the Belgian company Fixolite ISOBLOC, manufactured in Parma, Italy. The block combines recycled and recyclable extruded polystyrene with 80% spruce wood, compacted and mixed with 20% low-carbon cement. This solution provides thermal and acoustic insulation and fire safety, with rapid assembly and lower costs than conventional construction, for sustainable buildings up to 14 storeys high.

ECOLOGICAL
The wood and concrete formwork block is made exclusively from natural wood and cement aggregates. Isobloc blocks are made from a homogeneous mixture of mineralized spruce chips and Portland cement, using a process that does not alter the insulating properties of wood. Production is non-polluting. The product is fully recyclable. Its installation and use ensure significant energy savings and a reduction in pollutants emitted into the atmosphere.
ECONOMICAL
The cost of materials and installation is equal to or lower than that of conventional solutions. The block is assembled in 6 rows before pouring concrete.
THERMAL INSULATION
Isobloc formwork blocks offer excellent thermal insulation (thermal transmittance up to U=0.12 W/m2K), a source of significant energy savings, thanks to the combination of wood fiber and graphite polystyrene insert. Unlike breeze-block, which requires additional insulation, this formwork block with wood and cement inner and outer walls offers an "all-in-one" solution with the same thickness as conventional solutions. Its base blocks, laid on a layer of mortar, insulate the building from cold and damp.
