The Fédération des Entreprises Immobilières (FEI, formerly FSIF) represents real estate operators who build or renovate, lease, operate or market offices, shops, housing and many other real estate assets that shape the city. It comprises :
- Listed and unlisted real estate companies, or subsidiaries of owner-lessor insurers, representing 130 billion euros in assets and 26 million square meters in France, or 40% of the real estate assets held by French institutional investors;
- Developers representing sales of 8 billion euros and 35,000 housing units reserved by 2022;
- two socially responsible real estate companies, Habitat et Humanisme and Solidarités Nouvelles pour le Logement, which own 6,500 homes and house 12,500 people in precarious situations.
All our new buildings are environmentally certified, and our industry is one of the leading issuers of green bonds in France.
Stream Building, winner of the "Réinventer Paris" competition, is a multi-use building in wood and concrete, with exemplary environmental credentials: HQE Exceptionnel, BREEAM Excellent, BBCA and E+C- label.
As a professional federation, we do not carry out operational projects.
However, we do organize the sharing of best practices among our members, notably through our Sustainable Development Commission (chaired by Covivio) and our Energy Sobriety working group (chaired by Icade).
Along with other players in the real estate industry, we are members of Plan B timent durable.
Our members are involved in various environmental initiatives: booster du réemploi, UNISSONS, BBCA, HQE....
