Cool Roof is a pioneer in the design and implementation of building cooling solutions using thermo-reflective coatings. Our mission is to make a significant contribution to reducing CO2 emissions and combating urban heat islands, while optimizing thermal comfort in b tments and achieving substantial energy savings.

Our solution lowers the temperature of b timents by up to 8°C, reducing energy consumption for cooling by 40%, which translates into savings of 4 euros per m².

Reducing CO2 emissions:

Our coatings reflect up to 90% of solar radiation, reducing roof temperatures and, consequently, air-conditioning demand. This translates into a reduction in energy consumption by cooling systems of up to 40%, and a proven reduction in carbon footprint of 36 kg CO2 eq/m².

Energy performance:

Our solutions enable us to reduce interior building temperatures by up to 8°C, optimizing occupant comfort and reducing air-conditioning requirements. As a result, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems operate more efficiently and with less stress, extending their service life and reducing maintenance and energy costs.

Circular economy and eco-design:

Our products are made from recycled oyster shells, an abundant waste product transformed into a valuable resource. This eco-designed, bio-sourced approach supports the circular economy and reduces the environmental impact of the materials used (ESDS available). What's more, our solutions are developed and produced in France, guaranteeing optimal quality and durability.

Financial impact:

The application of our coatings delivers a rapid return on investment, in less than 5 years for air-conditioned buildings, with significant financial savings.
