Our system automatically checks the building's energy-consuming equipment every 10 minutes according to the building's consumption forecasts modeled in our thermal twin (usage, local weather and thermal inertia of the building).
We guarantee the profitability of our service: we achieve on average energy savings of around €5/m2/year on an office in the Paris region, for a standard cost of around €2/m2/year (with conservative assumptions on energy consumption and prices).

Thanks to the implementation of Thermosphr technology, in just one year we achieved 39% energy savings, a 36% improvement in comfort, and savings of €350,000.
- Veolia facilities building in Poland
At this Veolia site in Poland, Thermosphr deployed its HVAC controls in 2 weeks, achieving 35% energy savings, 720 MWh savings, and 98% of the comfort target.

We achieved 28% energy savings and 98% thermal comfort. Some BMS malfunctions have been corrected, making it possible to automate equipment that was previously managed manually.
