In the redevelopment of the Cité Blériot in Wattignies, REHAU Window Solutions modernized 190 homes, integrating the circular economy at the heart of the project.
Since 2021, REHAU Window Solutions has been implementing its sustainable commitment through concrete projects, integrating recycled PVC windows into ambitious renovations and environmentally-friendly construction. Our CSR projects, such as those in Wattignies, Longjumeau and Antiséche, illustrate our contribution to the energy transition. In Wattignies, we took part in the refurbishment of the Cité Blériot, modernizing 190 homes with solutions that respect the circular economy. In Longjumeau, 319 homes were renovated with high-performance windows, meeting the requirements of the Paris Saclay Climate-Air-Energy Territorial Plan (PCAET). The Rehabilitation project also benefited from our high-performance windows, helping to reduce fuel poverty. These initiatives are part of a circular economy approach, aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of construction and renovation, while meeting the standards of Bâtiments Basse Consommation, THPE, Maisons Passives and Maisons à Énergie Positive.
