ALTYN, Société de Services en Efficacité Énergétique (Energy Service Company - ESCO), designs, builds, finances and operates solutions aimed at improving the energy performance and decarbonizing the real estate assets (residential, tertiary, offices, healthcare, etc.) of its public and private customers.

ALTYN Ingénierie et Conseil, comprising the ALTEREA - OMNIA Ingénierie - A2MO - OMNIA Numérique subsidiaries: This division brings together skills in project management assistance (AMO), delegated project management (MOD) and overall project management (MOE) (functional, technical, energy, digital and financial engineering).
ALTYN provides comprehensive engineering services for efficient, sustainable buildings adapted to today's challenges, while offering financing solutions.

ALTYN Travaux, comprising the DUJARDIN - BECIA - ALTERESCO (EG) subsidiaries: This division is made up of regional general contractors specializing in renovation, major restructuring, conversion of use, elevation and extension projects in the Paris region, the Greater West of France and the Hauts-de-France region. This local presence guarantees responsiveness and expertise in project implementation.

ALTYN Exploitation et Services, comprising the CYRISEA and AVELTYS subsidiaries: This division focuses on digitalization, management, optimization and long-term building performance guarantees. ALTYN optimizes building operation and management to improve energy and operational efficiency.

At the same time, the ALTYN Global Operations division, comprising the ALTERESCO and REVALIO subsidiaries, covers the entire life cycle of a project via a package that can involve all Group subsidiaries for services in :
- Project management.
- Technical and architectural design.
- Construction and commissioning.
- Operation and performance guarantees.
