It enables users to manage the building's various services and functions. Become a player in the management of your comfort and energy impact.
Vinci Energies Building Solutions' role is to bring buildings to life by making them more sustainable, welcoming and efficient.
A low-carbon b tment controls its impact on the environment, is energy-efficient, self-consumes renewable energy, uses the circular economy, reduces water consumption and adapts to climate change. We deploy the right solutions for every type of b timent.
The Wave platform helps achieve energy savings of over 32%, and contributes to the decarbonization of building operations.
The Wave platform, dedicated to Smart Building, provides users with all the services of your b timent. It enables its 600+ connected sites to manage energy (water, gas, electricity), comfort (HVAC, lighting, blinds), security (alarm, access control) and reservation services (meeting rooms, parking spaces, IRVE terminals, etc.).
Wave provides better visibility of actual energy consumption in the building, helping to raise users' awareness of the actions they can take to better regulate energy.

Arboretum, a 125,000 m² office and services project currently under construction, is Europe's largest campus built largely from solid wood, with a minimal carbon footprint.
In France, it is the largest tertiary complex to be awarded the BBCA (B timent Bas Carbone) Excellent level and the E2C2 level of the E+C- label.
Vinci Energies Building Solutions' Lefort-Francheteau, an expert in HVAC engineering, is in charge of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning package for the Arboretum project. The company is sizing, designing and executing the HVAC work on this project.
Some key figures for Lefort-Francheteau on this project: 47 air handling units (AHUs) installed, 2928 terminals installed, 6.6 mW of cooling capacity and 4.3 mW of heating capacity. Up to 80% of heating and cooling requirements will be covered by geothermal energy. Estimated consumption is 70 kWhep/m2/year, depending on the building, i.e. -35 to -39% compared with RT2012. That's 45% less energy consumption than the 2050 threshold of the tertiary sector decree. It also means 20,000 m3 less drinking water per year thanks to the reuse of rainwater.
